Parking Pass, Insurance Waiver, Course Map

Attached are several items that are needed by our volunteers:
(we will have copies of each of these available at Volunteer Center - if you are unable to print)

Parking Pass - Place on dash of car, to be seen by guard at entrance of resort.

Insurance Waiver - Each volunteer accepted the PGA Insurance Waiver Form when registering on-line. However, if you did not register yourself- please fill the form out and give it to the person checking you in at Volunteer Center.

Course Map - Hualalai Nicholas Course Layout Map detailing hole location and alignment.

We will have all of these available in our trailer at Volunteer Center - if you are not able print.
